1973 j4500 dash issue

I am in the process of refitting my clock set and I'm having issues with all the lights on the set.
All gauges work but none of the bulbs work (indicators, lights etc) the round plug pins all seem good, is the only ground at the 4 pins behind the oil pressure gauge? Or is there another?

If I recall correctly the cluster has a ground as well? Been a while since I've had/worked on a '73-'85 though.

Can always just run a new or additional one, can never have too many grounds.
