I have a lot of parts from bj's and havent had any problems. As far as suppliers go, anyone who has been a parts clerk or parts rep knows that they can be really put a strain on business and PR! hang in there BJ'S

      BJ'S OFF ROAD

I have dealt with BJ's on several occasions. They have always fixed any error if it was their fault of not. We as FSJ'ers should be "la""la""la""la" thankful that there are businesses out there that are attempting to not only provide parts for us, but also support this great forum.

No one or any business is 100% all the time. A great person or business will step up to the place and fix a situation when it goes south.

I have only ordered twice from BJ's and on the second time the parts are not here yet (in transit... On time for their scheduled Tuesday delivery ) but the service is great, there is a discount for IFSJA members and they are generally very helpful. I would recommend them.

Thanks and sorry we couldn't get them for you.

Scott is my father, I ordered the parts through him.
Also neither of us received this message, to where was it sent ?

Sucks I been sitting on my hands this whole time thinking it was a shipping issue or something.

But if they cannot respond to several simple PMs about a question about a $1300 sale that has already happened, they are useless to me.

You had no problem responding to my PMs on here when I wanted to spend the $1300 but now you are saying you hardly check your PMs.

The rims and tires were ordered for my 86 Waggy and that was specified in the order form. I was sent closed 4 closed centercaps. What year FSJs can run closed centercaps in the front? Not an 86 Waggy. Trust me, I tried, the night before ECI. And I was not even asking you to give me new open centercaps. All I wanted was for you to point me in the right direction on how to go about getting the correct centercaps.

I have not gotten a response from the last 3 PMs I sent BJs offroad.

I saw your first on 6-15 and I just ordered a set for you to ship from our supplier, their site says they shipped and delivered. I will try to figure out what happened, I didn't get your 2nd PM until today -- cleaning them out before I turn off my PM's.

the package with the mouldings arrived on friday and it seems to be everything correct. Thanks Ryan for the happy end.

Once again I will vouch for BJ's Offroad. Unparalelled selection, diligent service.

I would be in bad shape if BJ's Offroad was not in business

I've ordered parts from BJ's in the past and not only got the IFSJA disscount, but they arrived sooner the expected. They are a great company that supplies great parts for a rare bread of truck and SUV.

As far as the customer service, it is above and beyond any other company I have delt with. I will continue to order parts from them again and again and again.....

I gotta say, I've ordered quite a lot of stuff from BJ's.

I have ALWAYS had STELLAR customer service-ALWAYS.
