WOW, just read through the last 11 pages.
Man I wish I read it earlier to jump on that manual trans and bell housing

Great build, and I'm sure the paint will look great too!

Back in '13 I bought one of those Dustlessblasting outfits. Works great taking stuff off, but its' not as 'dust less' as they say..
I stopped wearing those tyvek suits. Just too hot.

            Here's a little article on Photo-bucket
Photobucket recently started charging $400/year for a service that used to be free, breaking billions of images across the web in one fell swoop. Users are NOT happy.

All work on truck and Stinger has stopped! We are under a "Level 2 evacuation notice--Be ready to leave at a moments notices."

Todd we looked over the back fence and the fire was about 3 miles away. Has grown fron 10 acres to 3,500 and is zero percent contained. We bugged out. Didn't want to get caught in the level 3 evacuation traffic jam with our coach. Down at our friends in Redmond waiting to see if we have a house in the morning.

Oh no... When we had our 28,000 acre fire in 2015 DNR came in and set up a 1000K gallon tank and 11 sprinklers around our structures. I hope they are able to do the same. I know they work as hard as they can. We can see the smoke plume of a fire up north yesterday and today. Tiss the season.

I suppose cracking a joke about painting your truck burnt orange is bad timing.

For daily updates. I lived on this site when it happened.

Hoping for the very best for you both. And your home and belongings.

Fire fighters stared back fire close to the house last night and from news reports this morning they were effective. Fire is up to 4,500 acres and growing but it now appears to be moving away from the sub division.

Level 2 evacuation still in place and has expanded in area. McKenzie pass road - state highway 242- few miles from us is closed. Heavy air tankers started pounding the fire yesterday and the Governor declare the conflagration act. This allows state fire marshal to have a huge resource base from which to draw assists.

Neighbors post a picture from there window to our house on FB this morning. Although our place is only150 yards or so away we couldn't see it in the smoke

We have been staying at he house during the day but going to our friends place in Redmond where we moved our motorhome yesterday. Not anymore! Level 3 and mandatory evacuation this afternoon. Fire was within a couple of miles with strong variable winds. Air tankers are bombing the heck out of it along with helicopters doing water bucket drops. Now over 7,000 acres and still 0% contained.

Dang, Frank- hope all goes well. Was thinking about you guys yesterday when the plume of smoke headed over Redmond. Looks like it's blowing the opposite way currently- hope it stays away from your place.

Thanks Randy. Last update we got was to expect level 3 mandatory evacuation for at least next 72 hours.

Strangely the Sisters fire is not listed on inciweb. We are concerned for you both and hoping for it to be over quickly. Stay safe there.
