Spring To-Do lists

Well..wheeling season is around the corner..what's everyone's lists?
Mine:
new ujoints in rear axle
complete fluid change (engine,TH400,QT)
16" rims and one elusive MT Km2 305...
battery for my nice new alternator to charge up.
new carb or at least something better than the cardboard gasket I made for it..the vaccum whooshing is neat to listen too but the mileage sucks.

Sell four wheeler for jeep repairing money (in progress)
Trade "old blue" with Jake and Jackie for parts I need for the j20
Install starter I rebuilt (hoping to do it this weekend)
Replace clutch to make it driveable
See where I wanna go with it (farm truck, wheeling rig, etc...)
Hopefully rhinoline the floors, rockers, and along flares once I get the new parts
Install 5th wheel or make it a dump bed
Make winch bumper/install winch
Run a new exhaust possibly (have to hear this one this weekend and decide)

Well, the PLAN is to put 5,000 highway miles on the Money Badger between a move to Kentucky (2,500mi) and a trip to Ouray (1,250mi), then back to Kentucky (1,250mi, again) in June and July. My list is far too long to post up here, but after Ouray last summer, I can say for sure it's going to start with the seats!

oh boy... one project at a time I guess...

The J20 will be going back on the road after:
brake overhaul
front axle ujoints and repack bearings
reseal intake and valve covers
work over fuel lines and filler for tank
finish replacing some sheet metal with better stuff
get wheels & tires back from Ryan
tag it

That means I also need to drag a trailer over to Durango and bring that Gladiator beast over here for storage.

Yeah..I need to tear the steering box out and see what I broke..pretty sure I stripped the input shaft dry turning it..and that was with your dinky tires..pretty much proved 38's will be unmanagable. You're gana want new valve stems in those tires too..those aluminum caps you had on it seized up from sitting so long.
