Side mirror mount:

A good friend has just gone through his 85 J-10 and has known that I "custom build" stuff from time to time. He asked if I'd build some one-off race-truck style side mirror mounts. Here is what we came up with:

Were in the process of building custom bumpers for it now. I'll post those when done.
Keep on Jeepin'
Chris

Those are a custom one-off. I'm not really in the business of mfg./mail-order. I was simply helping a friend with his J-10. I will be building a set for my J-10 project, and I'll consider building two sets instead of just one.

Out of respect of this forum, I do not intend or wish to promote any money making commercial type "deals". Please PM me in the future.

Thanks,
Chris

Look really good but kinda tough on the door if you clip a tree or rock on the trail but you did say "race-truck styl".

There is the Vendor Forum if you want to sell your wares.

Dude, Thanks for the respect, but its ok to sell stuff you make. especially if its unique and fills a universal need. Ive thought about making a plate like that that would allow you to bolt on a mirror from a newer vehicle. seems like most new cars and trucks mount like that.

Yeah, but he can always use the mirrors to pull the thing out if he's ever buried up to the windows in quicksand!

Cool mirrors!
