Woot! Ordered necessary gaskets and a new thermostat so that I can get around to install my ProFlo.

Well gaskets and thermostat arrived today (two days early) Now maybe a couple a weekend or two from now when I get my fence done I can get in the garage and get the intake installed. Pics will be posted once it happens.

Well recieved my throttle cable bracket to aid with the install of the Pro Flo 2, yet I'm affraid it may not work out as intended. Maybe I can find the motivation to get something done this weekend. Link to advice thread on the cable bracket: http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showt...41#post1412541

If your friend could make two more of those extra light brackets I would pay cash for them!

Feeling accomplished
Saturday I got my efi manifold bolted to the eng and rerouted a heater hose. Today I marked out the location to run the wiring harness through the fire wall and burnt up one hole saw in the process of trying to cut out a hole. Also determined that the hole size of 1 3/4" is too small for the ecu and relay connectors. Then moved on to finally mounting my new center console, found that I could marry the new console and factory brackets together to get a good mount set up, bracket is loosely assembled and painted. Final fit should be next weekend. Pics hopefully to come.

Drool

Test fit

Sits a lil high but does allow for me to rest my elbow on it and comfortabley hold the wheel, so that should be quite nice. At any rate it'll be quite the improvement I'm sure.
Fabbed bracket
Mounted with a lil something for the seats as well

Newness
Well on Thursday I placed an order for a new fuel tank to compliment my EFI install, which I'm sad to say i haven't made any progress on since last post, the tank I ordered is one of the custom tanks that BJ's offers. Price aside I felt more comfortable going this route than any other. Now I must re-clean the garage yet again if I am to accomplish any further work once the tank arrives. I find it quite the struggle to keep the garage and the waggy free of unnecessary clutter. I make this pot in hopes that it will break my current lazy streak so that I may get back to working on it. More to come......I hope.
