But, hopeful by this time, you would own a VLAN Trunk Monkey to perform all the grunt work. hehehehe
Absolutely and the zirts are stainless!

Better than a VLAN Trunk Monkey, I have an intern! We call him Blade.

Thank goodness for that Monday MLK day off. They will go in for exploratory at first then cleanup cartlidge damage in both meniscus and also clean up the growing arthritis in the joint. It has been determined that the ACL damage is not from the rollover incident and goes back to the original injury in 1991 and again in 2003. Since I do not participate in agressive sports activities, I can live with the ACL tear because I have been. Besides, if they repair it, we are talking 4-6 months recovery vs. 4-6 weeks with the current plan. They say the knee will probably need to be replaced in 10-15 years anyways.

I am ready to feel better. Any time now is good with me.

Animas Orthopedics, Dr Dvirnak. He was highly recommended by several people at work who also don't trust medical services at SW Memorial. They are in the same building with Animas Surgical Hospital where the surgery will be done. We have a good PT guy we trust in Cortez.

Yeah sure it is. Yhe 401 is gone and various parts have been listed on ebay, listed as RARE of course.

Was going to offer to haul it back up there for you but if you are going to let the AZ people rebuild it for you then do that!!!

I was going to offer as we may be moving down to Cave Creek area or wherever we can find a place cheap enough to buy with the settlement that is "supposed" to be in place. Found 20 acres around Flag for a decent price.

either way I hope you get it or something of it rebuilt, it was a good vehicle. It'll all work out I'm sure.
Hope Flint gets better but at his age who knows. I feel your pain brother.

Goin' snowbird? Only if we can keep this place by buying a place cheap enough with cash and still making mortgage of this place, we'll see. Ain't getting THAT much, like lottery much. Just enough to settle it, dang it.

Checked into Chino Valley area, really Sue would like to be closer to her sis in Cave Creek so kinda locked into Black Canyon, south to Anthem area maybe. Who knows. Sis has looked into a couple places we found on realty sites and some they know of, some trashed, others needing major work like a new stem wall for foundation etc, lots of trash out there that the banks want big money for but some good deals too. Will keep looking.
We will have to make several trips so had thought we'd offer to haul Krista's home on a return trip.

Sues' health is more for the move than mine but my back would enjoy the heat good enough also.

                          Medical Update
Some of you are already aware I had arthroscopic knee surgery last Thursday. That went very well. The ACL damage was old (probably a 2003 injury) and they estimated 30-50% of it is still intact. They cleaned up some frayed ligament and moved on to cleaning up damage in both meniscus (cartilage). There was some arthritis cleaned up on the smooth bone coating in the joint. Went home on crutches and started hobbling around the house the next day without them. I carried one with me back for followup on Friday which was all OK. Over the weekend & MLK day I did not get busy with anything except go to Chiropractor. Haven't needed pain meds since Saturday. Ribs are generally feeling better and better. Work starts Thursday with Physical Therapy for the knee.

The migraines are related to older injuries in my neck when I was sure I was bullet proof. Chiropractic care has been the answer for prevention. The whack in the head never hurt near as bad as the rib and knee.

Good News: Found out I have 135* range of motion in the L knee. Currently set up for PT twice a week for 4 weeks.

Better News: We are very close to buying a 78 Wag for a body swap on Phoebe Too.
