SEM Paint to match Honey interior

I am looking for the SEM paint code to match the Honey interior on my 1986 GW. I have used burgundy for the maroon interior and it worked great. Same for the tan. Need the code or their name for something to match "Honey" Thanks.

Looks like SEM "Camel" is the closest color. Ordered a can from Amazon and will see how it goes.

That's the best way to do it, as their color charts are off from the actual cans.
Make sure you really really clean the parts first, and I always use SEM's adhesion promoter too.

I have used a whole lot of SEM interior, and their weld thru primmer, and love the stuff.
(Ristow)fram!....that deserves a ratchet upside the head.

Please post how it looks when done? I tried SEM palomino and had to do some additional blending. And I'm still not thrilled. If you could post a picture or two I would be grateful.

I have used their other colors with great success. My steering wheels look brand new. Lightly sand, use SEM filler, paint and seal with their clear coat. Then you don't have to use the bubba wraps that seem popular.

Subscribing. I also have a Honey interior and will eventually get around to freshening it up. Camel looks like the closest match but it'd be nice to have some first hand testimony to refer to.

High quality junk here: intro thread and slow build thread

Did you know? Willys is just Willis spelled differently, but pronounced the same. Neither Willy nor his apostrophe are involved.

I also dyed my steering wheel
( replaced late model final edition s. wheel with a 3 spoke earlier version )

then followed with SEM Satin Clear....... for protection and ease of cleaning.

I am not fond of the BUBBA wraps you mentioned...

I also cannot stomach the final edition steering wheels

looks like a Monte Carlo or chevy celebrity steering wheel,....

....not at home in an FSJ in my opinion.

Not good with pics on here. Camel is almost perfect match. Hard to tell the difference. Get it on Amazon.
