details on the electrical meltdown
An oil pressure switch can short power to ground and start your fun times with melted wire. Micheal pretty well had this nailed.
While I was in Las Cruces 2 weeks ago, I had electrical nightmares that killed the ignition on the trail. The orange "key on" power wire coming off the oil pressure switch for the electric choke was melted all the way to the firewall. This fried a coil and at least 2 ignition modules. It appears the melted wire had
AND... I still laugh my butt off every time I think about that big freakin rock!

our PC at home is pissin me off - have not been able to watch photobucket vids for a couple months. I need to take some time at work and look at your vids Michael. I can only catch about 10 seconds at home and it locks up... Firefox and IE and running latest flash plug in.
