      Maybe. It's rather freaking hot in Moab that time of year..but it's a drryyyy heat :P

      Actually though, that's a great idea. Could boot out in a group early Sat. morning and be in Moab by lunch, hit some trails, camp out on the rim in Long Canyon saturday night, do some more morning trails sunday and mosey on out. Would be a nice chance for some of the long haulers to experience some of the best slickrock in the world

                        Jerry - Moab is hotter-n-hades at the end of July. Some folks don't mind but I try to avoid making Moab trips between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Have you reserved a Ouray site yet?

                          not yet if i tow the jeep out there i might have a camper on the back of the dodge i towed the 79 cheif home on saturday 14.9 mpg at 70-75 makes it hard to leave the dodge at home and drive the jeep
