You can, just know that will me mean more chances at leaks in the oiling system but other than that not a bad thing to do in your location. -

Yeah. I cleaned it all up and stuck it back on the shelf. When I get my engine running again, if I feel like I need it, I will crack it out and install it. If I have plenty of pressure and my oil is not hot, then I'll sell it.Chuck McTruck 71 J4000
