Transmission Gurus, please help me identify this piece

I have put most of my Torqueflite back together after a set of new gaskets and seals and replacing a cracked output shaft support. I found this guy sitting on my workbench, glaring at me for leaving him out of the mix. What assembly does this belong to? It's the first time I have ever seen it so any help would be awesome.

    Cheers,
    Joe

goes on the end of the output shaft,as it mates into the rear drum, which holds the input shaft. it is the bushing between the two shafts.
