Yanked all 50+yr old wiring not going to use any of it.
Old 3 on tree manual column is also out and will be replaced with more modern one. Also clutch pedal assembly removed.
Messed with aligning passenger door today.
The doors had obviously been removed and only had a few loose bolts and way out of adjustment.
Driver side can barely open/close but will have to wait until I can move it to a spot that allows opening door far enough to get @ bolts.
This is good. Very good. I'm really happy to see this happening.
Try Auveco for hardware. They have an absolutely unbelievable selection of oddball automotive stuff. If Auveco doesn't have it, you may have to make friends with a machinist.

Motor was from an 89, I think they started using smaller ones in 87?
I have lots of random parts in my garage. This truck is gonna be a mutt lol.
Since it has no power anything building a harness will be simple.
The column it's getting is from a 96 roadmaster wagon. I started mocking/fitting it yesterday.
I am also starting to mock up a brake booster and pedal assembly from the 96 roadmaster. Both the column and brake stuff will needs mods to fit, I think they can be made to work.
