I always intend on snapping lots of pictures, then I get working and say screw it. For the front bulkhead I ended up leaving another .5 to .25" so I could fold the excess over to make it a lil easier to weld.
The rear of the bed is about 51" and I believe the front measures 56" so its not much
I always see guys doing the truggy thing with a couple hundred bux worth of tubing but I like doing things different.
BTW FSJ doors are good for replacement wheel wells..I used a nasty one I had laying around and plasma'd out a nice replacement well

putting a toolbox is a great idea IMO. I've got one and it can hold all kinds of stuff. plenty of storage and it doesn't go flying when you flop or roll. I think I put too much in there now. I've got every tool under the sun I think.

back from the dead!

built a winch bumper, got the H4 conversion headlights and 55/100 bulbs and some 150W 'driving' lights
custom dash out of a road sign
used some sweet seats out of an 80' Laredo
shot of the engine compartment, need to do more work here to clean it up
got a good deal on an oasis compressor and my craftsman compressor died so I used it's tank.
routed the exhaust up as far as possible
finished the front steering, had to construct a small spacer due to the diameter tubing I used so it wouldn't interfere
ran the pipes thru the rear bumper (stupid tree)

Yeah it's an ho72 with 2" spacers to get the wms to match the d60.
I welded it and put on a 1410 yoke, redrilled for u-bolts.
I will upgrade this to a 14b Detroit and use the 30 spline 14b shafts. Eatons have a 17? spline so the 14b stuff is a good upgrade
Thanks guys lots of hard work!!
