            That is a Jeepster. The 72 & 73 were the only Jeepster commandos. They were also the only ones that had a V 8 or the 4.2 (258) inluine six. the Jeepster had an old 225 v6.

              hmmmm

              Used to have a bone stock 68...225V6, 3 speed, D27/D44....

              and on the front hood sides, was a 2 piece, die cast emblem....part standard writing, with the Commando in cursive script-

              "Jeepster Commando"

              the several others in the immediate area, had the same emblems.

              the few "Bullnoses" like Serehills pic, just said "Commando"


              regardless...hope she ain't a rustbucket, and that it works out for you...Jeepsters are fun, different....you don't see them everyday.
              still miss mine.
