    TBI adaptor 3d model

    Does anyone have a model of an adaptor to go from GM TBI to square bore? I'd rather not have to draw it from scratch. Anything would help.. Thanks

    Why not just buy one. They are really not very expensive.

    I thought about making one, but by the time I bought a piece of aluminum or steel, and then cut/drilled everything out, it was worth the $65 just to save a ton of time and frustration. No machine shop could make one for cheaper than that either.

      Thanks, but I did buy one off ebay, but the damn thing is so ugly. Been on the jeep for a few years. Going to make something that looks better.

        I can make you one out of 1/2" HDPE or Acrylic
        I have a CNC and live in Michigan
        1990 Grand Wagoneer.. black with sand interior..
        Razor grille, Hella H4 headlights, Piaa driving, LED spider taillights, tinted windows.
        Full Corinthian leather front and rear seats, custom full length center console with cup holders. 100 sf of Rattle Trap on floor.

          Holy cats! That thing is $65?!? I bought mine on ebay for like $15 shipped. Mine was ugly, too. Nothing a sandblaster and some satin black paint couldn't fix though.

          If I had to do it again, I would order one from men in black. He makes nice stuff. Could you make one in Phenolic?

            Yes I can make it out of Phenolic, Here's the measurements I found.
            also found some 1/2" black Phenolic online. Its all drawn up in my CNC program.
            Just need to order the material.
