Holley sniper with emissions

I'm looking at going over to the Holley sniper on my 87 GW 360. However I live in a emissions controlled area. I'm curious if anyone has tested emissions with a sniper kit? If so what were your results.

Any TBI setup should pass easily IF it is tuned properly.

Here they don't check operationally just that it is there.
