Now that's a brush truck. A dept kinda near me has an M715, but it's not all caged in. All the dept's around here have 2 1/2 and 5 ton military trucks with brush cages, they put wire cutter hooks along the cages so if they bust through a fence the hooks cut the wire if it snaps over the top of the truck. I've thought about joining volunteer so I could drive the 'StumpJumpers' and help put out forest fires. Every now and then I find where one has driven through the woods on it's way to a fire, just a bunch of knocked down trees and ruts cutting through the woods.

I think those exo-cages on the brush trucks are over the top. But I'll probably have to get one next.

Well in plymouth/wareham they actually need one of those. Only towns on the south shore that still has dirt roads leading to houses One of those dirt roads was my first time "off road" All of a sudden I was finding whopdey doos and the road ended in someones back yard

There are quite a few of them m715 brush trucks on the south shore. Whitman, has one, dartmouth does too.

Reminds me of the new(er) Stryker (sp?) vehicles the military is using in urban settings.

Plate it with armor and a turret! Mad Max, here we come!!

That is the only picture of that truck the site had, but here is another one I found on the same site. Here is the site: http://www.massfiretrucks.com/MASS%20W.htm

                            Here is the other truck:
