What would this NOS setup be worth?

It's not the AMC AM/FM CB combo, but's it's a midland I've had for a long time, in it's orignal box..from a garage sale...$5.00...yes this stuff is still wrapped up and it's from 1977...and though its wrapped up it's got this 'electric plastic' smell to it.

I thought maybe I'd install this in my Jeep, but....what do you guys think? Worth? Etc...

Best way to find out what it is worth would be to put it on ebay with no reserve... I predict total insanity.

Well, if it had the 8-track AND the cassette deck along with the AM-FM-CB...THEN you would be holding something of value! But since it is missing these 2 critical options, it appears to be worth about $10 based on DAH's ebay finding.

about 8 months ago I bought an NOS Cobra AM/FM/8track/CB from ebay for $50.

so you'll do better then $5 but won't be able to retire on it.
personally I do think the box will make it go higher.

if you do put it up on ebay, let us know. I'd like to watch it's progress.
