Noisy Fuel Pump
I just replaced the fuel pump om my Holley Commander 950 system with a Carter P5001 pump. WoW! is this pump loud! Any suggestions to quiet this thing down? Sounds like a jet idling on the runway.

rubber inner tube does a good job. I built a box around one with undercoat lining on it.

I had the same pump and it was loud. It only lasted a year and then I replaced it with an E2000 which is much quieter.

My E2000 started to get loud, turned out the mounting bracket was getting loose.
