          Well, this week I was playing Mike Rowe in two Dirty apartments, tearing out:
          1)Moldy tub surround and crumbling, moldy green board in bathroom that looks like everyone just stood at the door to pee with their eyes closed and hoped for best;
          2)32 year old Majestic fireplace unit from a wall, including fiberglass insulation and sheetrock and 32 years of unknown crappy debris in the recess;
          3)Dog-piss/cigarette ash filled carpet from two rooms including padding in same apartment;
          4)Dog-piss filled carpet from three rooms, including padding for different apartment;
          5) mopping Dog-piss off the concrete floor in same three rooms;
          6) assorted painting of walls and trim in same apartment.

          and collecting rent from new renters moving into same apartment.

          The regular flooring guys did the carpet/vinyl flooring install while I was busy having fun in the other apartment.

          Thankfully this isn't daily job.

              You ever wonder what medieval cook looked at the guts of a pig and thought, "I bet if you washed out that poop tube, you could stuff it with meat and eat it."
