take boxes full of cash and burn it - they will see the smoke signal and realize that cash could be theirs by taking your money and providing crappy service and no parts

I can confirm the TGW folks do troll here... As I was accused of "trashing" them in a thread... Who me?

I for one have been quite happy with the parts I've purchased from TGW. And if you're persistent they will respond to emails.

My only disappointment has been them not notifying of out of stock items, and instead just filling part of an order.

If you do contact them, don't expect any results. There is ONE helpful person on staff, the others I"ve dealt with really couldn't care less.

They have a secret number they use with vendors:

262-658-1999

The customer service number on their website is for their entertainment purposes only.

Well, judging by my complaints on the too short door seals, i´d say you can wait forever.... hate to say.

Marcus, that´s the way to go! I had mine rebuild by a company near my garage, with an "modern" mesh, and never got in trouble again... if you calculate custom and everything on, you won´t pay too much, and have a place to go to when it breaks....

i have found a lot of parts at their site, but i can`t do the first order, too many ghosts telling me do it not -)))) but maybe i will try it with a easy part, as a start up

for the radiator, i have sent him to DASIS, a old supplier friend is working there, they have done a good job.
