Question

I am considering buying a TJ but it has no air. Does anyone know if and how AC can be installed? And the cost?

-Thanks

Well...

1: this is a forum for full size jeeps. Not little jeeps. Full size jeeps are 62-87 J-Trucks, 63-83 wagoneers, 74-83 cherokees, and 84-91 grand wagoneers.

2: To answer your question, yes it can be installed, but is cheap or easy.

I am willing to bet you could pull the AC unit of a '91 and up inline 6 YJ and put it on the TJ

the compressor may work, but the rest of the AC system is very different.

The YJs had that AC unit that hung off the bottom of the dash thats why i thought it might be easy to adapt
