1977 Emissions Decal on Breather

Does anyone have a clear or partial image of the emission sticker/decal for a 1977 360 heavy duty engine?

I might get a few made or at least buy the materials to make heat/chemical resistant decals. Anyone interested in them? If they match my decal with minor changes in verbiage, I'd totally send you one at the cost of the paper, shipping and maybe a few bucks for time.
