motor swap for a J10

Does anyone know what else will bolt up to the bell housing of a 81 j10 pickup with a 258 six cyl? My motor is shot and I am thinking about a chevy straight six...... any info would be much appreciated...

What's wrong with another 258? They sure are great engines with plenty of torque for normal type 4 wheeling or plowing or what ever.I have a 70 with a 232 that I just can't kill, it runs strong and gets great milage even when pushing snow and would never think of swapping it for a Chevy engine if any thing I would upgrade to a 258! Those 6 cylinder Chevy's are real good engines but I really think that you have to get the rpm's up there to get some decent torque.
