Full circle? I call it spiraling. When I joined here, my wife and I had two FSJ, one each. By 2005 we had six. By 2009 we had about four too many, eight. By 2013 we were back down to four. It's been a process in learning that we can't save them all and there are limits to the check book.

The first two.

Are you talking about "old time" posters or just "old" posters, the latter of which I definitely qualify. I was 3 yrs old when Jeep went to war in '41. Yeah, I'm older than Jeep, period.

Although I'm not an old timer here, I saw this forum originated from the Jeep-L list from back in the day. Not only was I a part of Jeep-L, but I'm still a member there and have the stickers laying around somewhere too. Lol. So.... how many here were on the Jeep-L list?

I *think* I was on that, because I *think* I remember moving from an e-mail based discussion to a forum-based discussion on the IFSJA site. I got my '88 GW in '98, but was reading up on them for a while before that.

That was a number of e-mail server and computer-systems ago, so I have no record of my participation in any of that.

Weird... my kid was complaining that my parts Wagoneer was in his way to work on his sand rail so we rearranged the pole barn today and he was pestering me about the Super Chief sitting in the corner... it's really not that that far from being finished after all this time... so I thought I'd pop on and see if I could find a radiator and found this thread instead.
