    Donor High Back Seats?

Any suggestions for donor seats with a higher back/headrest for a Chief?

Also, my over-the-shoulder seat belts won't retract at the waist. Is this repairable or should I look for a replacement?

    Thanks.

Dakota seats work good and try pulling seat belts out and cleaning them in a bucket of soapy water and scrub brush

I used the second row set from a Honda Odyssey, including the arm rest. Go the last page of my thread and you can see the install.

I also have heard the Dakota/Durango seats work well and are an easy swap. I loved my Dakota (and its seats), so Ill probably try them, even though I really would rather have low back seats. The Dakota extended cab seats fold forward for rear access on the Cherokees also.

I have the Dodge Dakota seats in my waggy.
Up to 2001 I believe are a direct bolt in. All you need to do is bolt the seat tracks from your buckets to the Dakota seats.
If you are going to a junk yard looking for them, make sure you get the seats, and the bolts for the tracks.
The Dakota seats are metric threads, and your FSJ seats use SAE.

            OH!
Also make sure you look for the two door Dakota's, as some of the crew cab trucks seats will not tilt forward.
(Ristow)fram!....that deserves a ratchet upside the head.

You can get the Dakota seats with a matching center jump seat too, in the 40/20/40 split "bench". Not sure how bolt in that setup would be though.

The sliders bolt right up at the rear. Two holes to drill at the front.
