    one piece windows

Has anyone taken out the window vents and put in all one piece glass? I'm not overly happy with my vents.
    FSJless.... for now....

I don't think that will work - you wouldn't have any room for the window crank inside the door.
Where are we going and why am I in this basket?

The main problem here is that is very difficult to find the flip vents rubber seal, so they turned them to one piece.
The mirrors, that match are from ´81 Ford Falcon (Yep, you´ve read well, the Falcon was built here till ´86 with some aesthetic mods.

Ok that yellow one took some work......It looks like a Cherokee that has a truck cap on the back but it has a brow....

          Love it!

              Those trucks look really sharp.

But I think that subbing out the vent windows for a one-piece is a severe retrograde step. Just IMHO....

I do like popping open the vent windows on a hot day and blowing all that air right at me.

We finally got hot weather around here. And I had fun driving around in the old Waggy, and getting up to 60 or 70 in about 12 seconds, and cruising along at such speeds while having the breeze blow in on me from that vent window that the industry should never have removed...IMHO...

The grill on that yellow one makes it like like a ninja warrior.

Since the glass is flat any local glass maker should be able to cut it for you. I am like the consencus, I don't know why you would want to.
