Exclamation Team Grand Wagoneer not responding?

Anyone know if Team Grand Wagoneer is having issues?
My Wagoneer is out of commission and on May 12th I ordered a radiator from them. It showed in stock, however my order status still says

There are literally a dozen posts warning about TGW. Some people have zero issues, some get screwed. My personal story was ordering 700 bucks worth of items for two wagoneers. Every item x2. They shipped only one each and marked the invoice as fully filled. I called and they accused me of being dishonest and trying to get free extra parts. It got sorted out and I nearly spontaneously combusted from the anger I felt from dealing with them. The very best thing anyone could do regarding TGW is never use them. Get a refund on the VISA and go buy from BJ's. They won't pull that kind of garbage.

I wish you luck there.

Thanks. I had only ordered once from them before and it was fine, but it sounds like I got lucky that time. I’m so disappointed in them and that I now have to start over.

Have you tried contacting them to see what the hold up is?

Well yes, that was the first thing I tried. I Called them just to get an idea of the date that I should receive it, however a few times last week I got a message similar to voicemail being full and this week a message that the number is not in service. Also tried their “contact us” method which is a form on their webpage, but no replies from them

I've found that for a bunch of stuff you can just use the part number from their site, look it up and buy it elsewhere for much less and fewer headaches.

Have ordered from them about a dozen times, 11 of the orders were fine and the last took forever to ship.

true on the pandemic,...

but that is not where TGW problems arise from.

TGW,.... HAS A LONG LONG HISTORY OF crappy service.

can't believe they are still around.

all the complaints from this site alone tell the true story,...

if you need new FSJ parts, use BJ's OFFROAD. END OF STORY.

I haven't ordered anything from TGW that I can recall but I will say I have ALWAYS been happy with BJs. Plus, register with them as an IFSJA member and you get a discount. I love those guys!

I just got an order in from Team Cherokee which is part of them, and it was fine.
So YMMV is the going thing I reckon?

Indeed, I haven't had any problems with multiple orders totaling over $1k worth of goods from TGW, and most of the things I need aren't on BJ's site anyway.

Prices are pretty comparable on the things they both have, but BJ's is typically a little cheaper since TGW charges separate shipping costs (which can be reduced by bundling multiple items).

Hmm, try a different vendor? I got my radiator from advance with a warranty.
Good luck man.

I have used this , it always sounds fishy because if you enter your vehicle specs, it tells you that there are too many variations to give you a model and price, you are referred to a customer service rep, I have ordered for the Jeep, the 86 honda, friend's german vehicles... when in a big city, they will delivered withing hours -pre pandemic era of course-

https://www.1800radiator.com/

give it a try, I have no financial gains, I used this service 5 or 8 years ago...
