Options for air intake hose?
Hey folks,
My Wagoneer came with no hose attached to the air intake. I was wondering if there's anything more... ...umm... classy than a piece of dryer duct. Not that I'm above fixing my air intake problem for less than $3, but whenever i see that piece of plastic-coated Slinky, I have visions of it whipping around the engine bay once the fan gets ahold of it. I'm guessing that's why so few FSJs have an air intake hose these days.
Any suggestions?

The "stove pipe" heater coils are available in the parts stores. Dunno about the intake hose.

Yeah, there's a generic 3" round intake hose at Advance for 20 bucks. Spectre even has one that looks a little more stout, but neither of them have the rectangular shape to fit over the air cleaner's "snout."
The one at BJs looks to have the right shape.
