This will make a cheap easy fix for you, I built it for a customer but he sold his rig instead so I do not need it.

Good timing. I?m about to drop my TH400 and rebuild.
Can anybody recommend what rebuild kit to use?
Rock Auto has a bunch for sale. Thanks

A good quality stock rebuild kit, complete with steels will work, you do not need high performance/racing kit.

Great thanks. Yes OEM is more of what I?m after.
Just finished attempting to drop the transfer case.
Was able to take the low range off but had some problems
locating all the bolts for the rest of it.

            This may help, too:
My general scheme is to pull the driveshafts, disconnect linkages / hoses / wires, unbolt the Tcase and remove separately, support the engine oil pan, undo bellhousing / flex plate bolts and lower the trans on a jack. Look at a picture of the transfer case gasket and index it to some identifiable surface of the trans / transfer case. Some of the bolts on mine we so greasy / dirty that they had to be scraped clear to be sure of what I was looking at, so a putty knife and wire brush may be your friends here.
