So the back story is that supposedly jeep beauty rings are the leftovers of chevy's 57-58 Cameo trucks. Some have suggested it was the Apache line for Chevy... But at the swap meet I got these from 4 different Chevy guys tried to buy them off of me. One of the old guys brought out a magazine from back in the day and the Cameo wheel covers looked identical to Jeeps. Rather than sell the rings, I opted to look for a set of 57-58 Chevy Cameo beauty ring retaining clips.

I found them at Jim Carter Classic Truck Parts Online. While I did order a set, I have not had the time to check whether or not it'll work inbetween helping a buddy move, tearing apart a doaner rig and getting ready for my daughter's birthday... Besides, the panel is essentially stripped and sanded for paint and I am in the process of taping it up for paint!

All someone needs to do is take some measuremets of their jeep version and post them up for comparative purposes.

I went and looked at the website, and at $6 each, they'll cost more than I paid for the NOS rings!

That's too funny- one of the last guys to try to buy the rings off me said, "now that you know they're really Chevy, they'll cost you more."
