I also used chrome trim rings to finish it off.I used modified 1960 Lincoln buckets w/62 Olds Delta 88 trim rings.I also had to move the condenser and drier to the drivers side about 3" because I used H-4 conv. lights that are a lot deeper than reg 5-3/4 lights. I have the pics of the buckets if you need them.

Showngo -

If you could throw up all the pics of this project plus the make/model (think you covered that up a bit) of all the parts you used everyone would be ecstatic! There are a lot of us that have looked at doing something like this, but gathering the right parts to make it look good has always been a chore.

Thanks,

aa

This is how I moved the spring retainer. You don't have to do this if your running stock style lights.Top pick is pass side bucket cut out to clear A/C drier

They all look to be the outcome of a doctoring job. Good one at that. And back when Wagoneers really had rhino grilles there wasn't any smaller version for them to be Grand relative thereto.

I know this jeep.
thats Ted's, head tech from National 4wd fredricton NB. Canada
very nice rig, he spent a lot of time and money on it. built it for tow rig for his wife to drive.
here is a link to the build thread on Nova Scotia jeep club site.
http://nsjc.proboards.com/index.cgi?...y&thread=31018
here is a pic of an old waggy that I was going to buy the front off of last year but never had time to make the 5hr drive. it had lights in it. someone told me on here at the time they were factory foglights if my memory is correct.

as far as the grill in Ted's jeep he had it made. after spending big big$$$'s doing the jeep over he just did not want to fork out hundreds for a grill on ebay. he and his wife wanted it black anyway.
