My understanding there is some motivation for a '79 truck to assume a '75 identity in California. A '75 should not require an emissions inspection. Maybe somebody used the 4-speed combo for another vehicle and combined the remains of a '75 and a '79. You understand that 46 is a J20? A J10 would be 25 or 45.
