ignition/carb problems??

jeep carb was just rebuilt...mc2100/360/th400......anyways The thing starts up and runs good..sometimes...lately its either been starting after one pump of the pedal or it won't start at all ..not even try...also sometimes it will be running great ..put in in drive it will die and won't restart....Not from being too hot either...I am beginning to wonder if it is a possible electrical problem...If I replace the coil & ignition module everything else is pretty much already new(starter, plugs, cap, wires, distributor stator pickup etc.....the only other thing I could think of would be the choke on the carb..but its hard to believe it would cause these problems!!!! any info would help...I have just about had it with this thing!!!

the carb is running a little rich and stumbles when you punch the gas pedal.....but it just did it again...started up even without touching the gas pedal ran good for 10 minutes ..shut it off..now it won't start!!!
