    SE NC Machine shops?

    No offense to the Carolina FSJ Forum, but I thought I might get some more feedback over here first...

    Thinking about rebuilding a donor 360 over the next 6+ months, while I still have a pretty decent but underpowered engine in the GW. I also figure I can spread out the need for funds this way, so the wife doesn't have an idea of the total cost...

    Anyone in the Southeast NC or Northeast SC areas know about where I can get reputable machining done without breaking the bank?

      dpends on what you want. you cant get parts for the 360 like you can s sbc but there is a shop in castle hayne that has done a bunch of amc 360 from what i heard. took mine there and have no complaints thus far. but i will say that with what i did it was not cheap.
      Stupidity is often rewarded with pain.


      86 waggy fresh 360 big bore tbi and all the works fresh727/208 4:27s front locked rear spooled 4'' bjs springs and 2'' body 37s irok(as of now) lots of cuttin.
