AMC Motor build up on Horsepower TV! Anyone watch?

Did anyone watch the AMC Motor build up on Horsepower TV? Not sure what motor it was, I think a 390, but got 481 HP at 5500rpm

Of course I only caught the last 2 minutes! I tried doing a search for the repeat, but no luck.....if anyone knows when it'll air again, please post! OR maybe someone digitized it like with the Trucks! episode on the FSJ (cherokee- I think).

Just out of curiosity, this isn't the same amc build that aired a couple years ago with the 401 was it?

I saw it. I thought I saw 401 on the side of the block at one point. I wasn't paying that much attention to the whole buildup though.

We just got plugged into Dish TV and can see stuff like this now. I loved the sound of that 401 on the dyno between 4000-5000 rpm. GEEEZUZ, yes!

I'd say the same for my 327 at 4-5000 rpm, but the actual sound would be me sobbing and watching pistons and rods raining down around me.

actually, it sounds pretty **** mean at WOT. Which is pretty much any speed over 40 mph

Thats was awesome when they ran it thru the Dyno.

I could just see me with that motor for all of 8 sec. Then I would need a new rear end, driveline and Tranny. But Boy would I have a Perma-Grin for life.

If some one got a digitized copy, I would love to get a copy. I don't have cable, so I'm not able to see great shows like this...
