    J-20 Restoration & Diesel Swap

    Saw this in a magazine today, really nice J-20 with a diesel swap.

    Our farewell issue features testing of Yokohama's new GEOLANDAR X-AT & M/T, Warn's newest winch and Steer Smarts Yeti HD steering for our JL. Dan Grec reports in from Overland Expo East and we refresh our new '98 TJ with products from Tuffy, Rugged Ridge and Insane Audio after some painting with Automotive Touchup paints.

    Seen a number of FSJ articles in this mag over the past year and few years, something you don't normally see in many magazines now that FSJ mag is history.

    That is my dream truck, though I wouldn't have tires larger than 35, and it looks like it needs rear helper springs when towing
    * 1981 stepside, 360, 727, 208, almost stock daily driver.
    * 1982 Laredo j-10, 360, 727, in rough shape and in the process of being rebuilt with 401, NV4500, Klune,
    . NP205,d60 front, d70 rear, fender work and minimal lift. It will probably take 10 years
    * 1973 jcab mounted on 1983 j20 frame. 360/t18/208 d44/d60. Almost completed
