TBI with Cali C.A.R.B. Compliance?

I am looking at buying an 87 Grand Wagoneer and wondering if there are any “Smog Legal” options to the stock 2 bbl carburetor in California? I had a 90 GW back in 96 and was stuck with no options, is there any TBI system for the 360 that complies with C.A.R.B. Regulations in Cali???
