    Body trim removal...special tool?

I need to remove, repair or replace some body trim on my Jeep.

    Are the clips still available?

Do I need a special tool to remove the trim?

    You're talking interior, right?

JCW makes a few trim panel removal tools. Don't know about the clips. I'm guessing their still available.

I found all the trim pannel clips (their are three types on my 88GW) at autozone. Some are ford some are chrysler. They also have a nice fork looking tool that is helpful. As suggested above you can do it with your hands but with the age a condition of my trim pannels the tool was nice to have. If you run into problems send me a message. I have had all four door pannels off about a dozen times.

Correction. I got the trim fastener tool from NAPA. And more importantly you should review the information on the watershed plastic that can be found in the tech library as a post on the automatic lock repair procedure. It is very informative and important to the longevity of your door.
