USE YOUR HANDS,PUSH UP FROM THE BOTTOM WITH EACH THUMB AND PULL OUT FROM THE TOP WITH THE REST OF YOUR FINGERS!! YOU CAN GET ANY TYPE OF CLIP.NOW I'M TALKING ABOUT SIDE TRIM WITH THE OVERLAY GEMOBX/77/401
I found all the trim pannel clips (their are three types on my 88GW) at autozone. Some are ford some are chrysler. They also have a nice fork looking tool that is helpful. As suggested above you can do it with your hands but with the age a condition of my trim pannels the tool was nice to have. If you run into problems send me a message. I have had all four door pannels off about a dozen times.

Correction. I got the trim fastener tool from NAPA. And more importantly you should review the information on the watershed plastic that can be found in the tech library as a post on the automatic lock repair procedure. It is very informative and important to the longevity of your door.
