Battery and gas and it drove off the trailer....

The shifter on the t-case is broken, but thats just an excuse to twin stick it....
Also just got done changing out the rear springs, one was broken and they tried to weld a fish plate on it to fix it...

I'm going to put a utility bed onto it and use it for a work truck.

I LOVE those 8 lug wagonwheel rims..they look extra 'spokey' for some reason.

I assume you have extra rear x-members, but if not I have one already removed (from a 65 J300). Pretty simple to make one out of 2 pieces of plate and some gas pipe though..

Sweet. But, that interior makes mine seem clean.

But such a sweet deal. After all, the drivetrain is probably worth 800 bucks with it having a T-18, D20, D60 rear, and HD44 front. And dig those 8-lug spokes.

Instead of one shifter on the Transfer Case, with some cases you can modify the unit to allow you to shift the front and rear axles independently. TWIN "Sticks" / shifters on the floor is what you end up with. You can engage the front driveshaft ONLY in H or L or the same w/ the rear, or run both axles in H or L at the same time.

Thanks guys. This was the PO's "mud truck", "THIS THING WILL GO ANYWHERE", (spits on ground)... EVERY crevice is full of mud.

After getting this one, I have changed my mind on the wrecker build.
This has the tranny I've been searching for for the last 6 years. I think this one will get the Caddy and this set up will grace the wrecker back to almost original.

Keep watching, events are starting to unfold.....
