TBI install (7427) comunication issues

OK, its in and starts. Thats about it right now.

GM tbi running 7427 PCM for my future 4L80 swap (727 for now). I have tunerpro RT, a Moates Autoprom.
BJDR 94 truck 5.7tbi 4l80 bin
Advanced $OE TP5 v250.xdf
A220 trans 1 $OE TP5 v250.adx
I also have the trans 2 version of the above adx
If anyone knows what the difference is ?????? I have looked around and could not find out for sure. Guessing one is 4L60 and the other 4L80 ?

Might be looking for a different "Dash" if anybody has suggestions. Basic with all the important engine readings for now. This one is missing Map readings and I cant seem to find it by right clicking any of the gauges.

Tunerpro RT even recognizes the Autoprom, and will connect to the pcm......or so it says...thats where I am hung up at, same as last time I tried to get my injection going.

Even though it shows at the bottom "connected" and shows 8.?-12.? hz none of the data on the dash ever changes.

Ex. tps shows "2" when I open the dash, yet if I cycle the throttle it never changes. Start the changes.

Across the bottom I got
Emulating Hardware: Autoprom v2.17.A
and -as mentioned, XX.XX hz Errors 0 DA: connected.

Also just noticed it will do all that without being connected to a pcm..........??

Is it possible my pcm and/or aldl cable is bad and thats why no data?

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help,

Are you sure you are connected to datastream?
There is a little connect/disconnect button for it vs. emulation hardware connection.
I have never used the AutoProm, many have had issues getting them to communicate. There are jumpers that need to be correct, and also issues with OS being used. Win10 etc. Seems XP or Win7 work best.

Moates has pretty detailed info on their site.
I've always used cheap DIY usb aldl stuff off eBay and never had a problem.
