    LT1 swap wiring

Has anyone here done an LT1 swap into a FSJ? I know I heard of someone saying they had or knowing someone who did, but couldn't find any info on a search. How much money outlay are we talking on top of the cost of the engine, and how much of a pain is the wiring? I'm looking at a '95 Corvette LT1 with a 4L60E tranny.

    Thanks,
    Will

I haven't done a jeep swap, but I have an Impala ss with the LT1 and 4L60E. It's computer controlled! I have a laptop that I can program and read the PCM with. There's a lot of power there, a lot of my Impala brothers are having issues with the tranny holdin up, but that is with more horsepower through bolt ons. I love my LT1 motor! Right now I'm having tranny issues myself. It may be my torque converter, but I'll find out tomorrow after work when I take her apart.
That would really be a cool mod if you can do it! Good luck and if you need LT1 info check out
