So noticed the requirements of my '90 has changed for smog testing.
It used to require STAR certification testing, it no longer does.
Guess since it tests so clean now, they changed it.
This is good, because a STAR certified station/test increases the chances of being failed.
This also means I can take it to cheapy smog shops, and the test doesn't cost as much.
Yet another good reason to convert an SJ in California.
