Lokar kickdown on a 727

Long story short, lost the original kd linkage and replaced it with a Lokar cable. Does anyone know the proper adjustment for this set up? 727 tranny 304 with a Motorcraft 2 barrel. I have it adjusted now so that the lever on the tranny has no "slack" in it at idle but it will not up shift at any rpm. Yes I searched and only found info on stock linkage. Thanks.

When I setup mine(on an edelbrock)I adjusted it to fully pull the cable at WOT. Seems to be about right
