    Heavy heart

We lost a great son-in-law this morning to a motorcycle accident near Atlanta.
He decided he would ride his bike to church and his wife and 5 year old son would follow. They were right behind him and someone pulled out of a drive right in front of him.
We ask for a couple of prayers and make sure you look twice..please.
    Thanks PJ.

    ..

    Sad to hear...

I lost my son in law a couple of months ago to the same medical problems I have. It was a double loss because he was an RN and my best medical adviser.
In the old days they said you die just as quick in a 4 wheel sheet metal box as a two wheeler. It ain't true plus I've had a lot less road rash in my 4 wheeler.

I know it's tough.. you just have to keep your chin up.

Makes me angry and very sad. Lots of people do not look for/see bikes.

we are all sad to hear of your loss and we are thinking of you,...

the same thing happened to a guy from my area a couple years ago.

a group of friends on motorcycles had been on a getaway weekend,...

on the way home a car pulled out of a driveway into the middle of the pack,

only one fatality, a volunteer fireman.

we wish you peace of mind in the days to come.

                          Thank you

I want to thank each of you for your kind words and prayers. I never had a street bike and never will, I have lots of friends however who do, so I thank those who give an extra look when pulling out or changing lanes.
This ole group is made up of good people from all over. To me as a daily watcher and sometime failed comedic-commentator, you guys are more than just nuts and bolts, er ok, bolts. You are sort of family, and these old jeeps bond us.
                          Thank you again.
