I know I can't be the only one with rusted out vacuum lines to the transfer case. What size and what type of lines can I replace them with?? Maybe just regular vac lines run in flex loom or something? Can't seem to find replacement metal lines

My J4000 has rubber vacuum lines from the switch to the case and I've never had a problem. Like you said, just secure them out of the way so they don't get snagged or droop onto the exhaust pipe.Patrick V.

I assume you mean a quadratrac. Mine just uses rubber lines the whole way and I've never had any trouble. If you go with all rubber, get the thick-walled lines. I think they are 1/8" lines.'64 J200 thriftside
