    Fuel lines for TBI

I am going to plumb my TBI fuel lines this week. I am using my original supply line as my return line. I have a bunch of 1/2" aluminum Moroso fuel line I can use for the supply side but think it may be a bit big? Does that matter? Should I just order some 5/16's or or other for my supply line?

Also, I have the good ol' fashioned stock 79 tank. I plan to run an inline pump so if it fails, I don't have to drop my tank to replace it. On the pickup, I planned to basically mirror the original pickup (seen below) but with a sock at the end. I plan to have the return line return the fuel over the pickup (basically remove the soft end on the current pickup you see in the picture.

    Thoughts?

      1/2" too big imho...3/8" isn't even required.

If I was to do one again, I'd probably use the nylon stuff and the required efi fittings.
I've had several issues w/ metal efi clamps seems the chinese can't even get those right.
The nylon stuff would allow eliminating clamps.
I might even switch still? A roll is only like $20 and the fittings are cheap too.

I hadn't even considered nylon. Hmm. Thanks.

I reused the carb lines already existing with no issues
