See it. They also make FJ's and they're rediculously priced. IMO, you could have a shop build you something better with all new parts (catologs) for much less.

77k is not bad for something like that. just because its a jeep doesnt mean it should cost less to build then a custom car. Seen work done by the shop, you wont get any shop to build to this quality and attention to detail for less.

"The thing is a jewelry box. It starts at $77,000."

Cool Jeep but dang you all are hanging in the high rent neighborhoods.
There are options and some are even old enough(25 years?) to get into the US past the EPA and DOT specs
Mahindra(India) bought the manufacturing rights to build Jeeps and they copied a 3B but with the bonus of using a 4 cyl Herc diesel. A friend bought one when working in Jakarta and drove the snot out of it for two years. Loved it for capability and reliability but alas at the time it was too new to bring home.
There are options out there.

For $77K you get hard plastic seats? No thanks. For that coin I'm buying a few FSJs and a used Ferrari for when I feel the need for speed. Prob have enough left over for a downpayment on a garage for all of them. I don't get it.

That's why it starts at $77K. For seats designed for humanoids, add more.

Looks like a yuppiemobile to me. Just buy a Hummer if you're going to pound the pavement.
