Add-a-Leaf or Helper Spring for Front & Rear?

Guess that using an add-a-leaf/helper spring set-up has probably been covered here before, but I am not seeing a search function (point out where to find it).

Found a Rough Country set-up for front and rear that my father-in-law had purchased for his '76 J-10 10+ years ago. That J-10 is gone so looking to install on my '79 Cherokee.

Does anyone have any experience using these on their Cherokee or other FSJ? The center bolts that came with the kit are gone, so I'll need to pick some up, any idea of length and diameter for the center bolt?

Found the search function. Did a few searches but didn't see anything specific on anyone using the add-a-leaf for front and rear.

Search on forum doesn't work well @ all. Google or Bing allow you to specify a site to search.

For example using google...

I have used AAL(s) on Jeeps and other vehicles, they work fine most of the time unless the springs are total garbage.
Some people complain they're stiff/ride hard this has not been my experience but some people have differing opinions on ride quality.
When new they require a break in period just like new leaf springs, and mellow some after this.

I put a set of Rusty's Offroad AAL on a 77 Wag many years ago. They are full length leafs and have been a good addition. Later we put 4" springs on the front and kept the AAL in the back and added more height with blocks. No complaints.
